I'm almost scared to say I'm getting back on it tomorrow as whenever I do, people seem to die, or have massive heart attacks, or get guns pointed at them, or I almost get mugged, etc etc etc, But I'll be damned if I'm staying this size forever, and so, we go again my darlings.
Two stone is still the goal.
Tomorrow's meal plan is as follows:
B - Either overnight oats or mushroom and pepper omelette. Possibly both.
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad
T - KFC style chicken, chips and salad
(I've a lot of salad in that won't keep for long)
Snacks - Apple and carrot sticks
HEXA will be milk. If I don't have the oats, I'll have some Alpen lights for supper.
BM is two hours of ironing. Minimum.
Back to work on Tuesday after two weeks off. Roll on half term...
Hope you're all well.0 -

Am wondering if the inflammation in my back is having an effect on weight loss?
Looking like I won't be back at work this week eitheram in constant pain after re hurting my back Thursday  now feels like something is trapped so doesn't matter if I'm sitting, standing, walking or laying down (which is by far the worse so not sleeping well) the pain is there
.
To cap it all today I've either developed a cold or hay fever has kicked in. Now taking antihistamine to see.
Not even fancying the chocolate egg

Opened my egg and greatly disappointed to find no big one! Bags of mini eggs and creme egg size ones, most of which are caramel. I DONT LIKE CARAMEL
. Swapped with son and have got the galaxy bubble eggs and he has the rest.
Upside is won't binge on Easter eggs :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Shala, let me know what you think of those Gousto meal boxes. I was thinking of taking up the offer too, for a change.
It’s great to lose, cazza, orlao, shiprob (fab loss), lush, WJN, Msm, Maisie (brill), MissTeach (enjoy your hols), bubbs, Ruthy, beanie, piglet (amazing), Tete, Mwm, Midge, wiz, gts, tweets and whiplashy.
Great NSV, piglet. In Marie Kondo fashion, thank the top for the happiness it gave you and then let it go.
Congrats on getting SOTW, kathrynha.
Hi, oystercatcher and Moonlustie. Lots of helpful friends here, you’ll find.
Happy hols, lantanna.
Well that’s me up to p60. I’ll be back again later.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Happy Easter :j No Easter eggs for me this year, but I did eat a salted caramel bomb that serves 2  Oops! Not going to lie, I don't regret doing it :rotfl: Also don't regret the Yorkshire puddings I had with lunch or the garlic bread I had for supper :rotfl: It's one day and still nowhere near as bad as scoffing a massive chocolate egg!
I'm really behind on the thread because I've been really unwell this week.. Congrats to anyone who lost this week.
STS for me this week. Shocked because I really did deserve a gain. It'll probably show up next week. Have a friend coming to stay for a few days during the week, so there will be a few meals off plan. Not going to worry about it though because with my health issues I don't get out of the house very often. Fingers crossed I'll be able to enjoy the few days. She's very active so I find it hard to keep up with her. Have managed to convince her that we should go to the spa for a few hours one of the days, so at least that will give me a chance to relax.Back on the slimming world wagon 04.01.18

Happy Easter everyone!
Have had a lovely day, went to the in-laws for lunch and was served up with a massive roast dinner most of it syn free but there were also roasties, pigs in blankets & stuffing all of which I ate - well it would be rude to the hosts not to :rotfl: We did share an Easter egg but there was no bingeing and I feel nicely full and not stuffed - bonus
Feeling slightly better about myself lately, I was in a right funk with myself for about 2 weeks last month - hated what I saw in the mirror and just fed up with everything in general but I think this week's loss has given me the kick up the bum I needed.
Just hope I can keep it going now!
Hope everyone's well

STS again...grrrr
Better than a gain I suppose, gotta get my head back in it. Going on holiday at the end of June and really want to be another dress size down (I have nice holiday clothes in that size!)
Having a totally off plan day tomorrow and then back to it on Tuesday.MFW 2017 No 41 £835.79/£1000
