Evening, everyone - sorry to have been AWOL for a couple of days again (combination of work and not feeling well - came home and went straight to bed last night, and today has been my day off, and I still feel a bit out of sorts..._pale_)

Weighed in this morning and its -1½lbs this week for me - I'm pleased with that. :D

    Today's menu:
    B: nothing - slept late...oops! :o
L: Chicken provencale with courgettes, carrots & leeks
D: Chicken & mushroom pasta n sauce, a weight watchers white wrap (HExB) with melted cheese (HExA) & garlic Italian seasoning - I know there's no speed here, but nearly all my plate at lunchtime was speed, and I feel rubbish tonight so wanted comfort food, and this is my attempt at cheesey garlic bread(ish!) without using any syns. I may have a pear later if I fancy it - an attempt at Speed! ;)

Off now to catch up on the posts I've missed...

    2 lb loss
I'm glad it wasn't a gain, but 1.5lbs off for two perfect weeks doesn't feel worth it.
I'm going home to salted caramel brownie and a cookie both home made. And having an off plan evening with friends Saturday. None Sw lasagne and whatever pudding my bloke makes.

Maybe sw isn't the one for me, I don't know any more.
I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....

Corned beef is between 1.5 and 3.5 for 100g depending on how lean it is wiz

Sorry to read that Pixtotts . I got to target losing on average 1.5 lbs a week. I think SW is the best 'diet' because it's a long term healthy way of eating rather than something faddy or a crash diet. If you don't think SW is for you, what would you try instead?

Absolutely brilliant Beanie. Everything seems to be coming together for you now.
