Oops, no chance of pulling it out the bag now. Didnt go to class but havent messaged the consultant yet to say im not coming back for a while. weighed at home this morning and 2lb on oh dear! But definitely not unexpected. Have had a hen do, a wedding, multiple birthdays, mothers day and celebrating being back on the chocolate in the last 3 weeks lol. This weekend involves a weekend away and a birthday meal with family on Sunday night. Will hold off looking for my mojo until after Monday lol.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -

Hi GFB - Happy Pearl Anniversary when it comes - is your DH going to treat you to something pretty and pearly?
Well done Lush - something worked this week, you should do more of the same.Well done Candyapple and Maisie too. Maisie - you don't need to worry about missing out on HEs, you will have eaten plenty of fibre with all the speed food.
There was an interesting thread on the Pinch of Nom Facebook page yesterday asking what made people decide to lose weight, the main reason for me was having to walk with a stick because my knees were so painful, although I also want to avoid some of the other health issues that are linked to obesity. It's good to remind ourselves why we're doing this - what made you all decide to lose weight?
Have a good day everyone.
