No idea what happened to my post this morning but it certainly doesn't seem to be here!

Can't remember what I posted other than my plan for today! So will just stick with that.

    B - cheese omelette (2 syns for 10g cheese); grapes & strawberries
L - chicken breast; fried up potatoes, peas, brussels, baby corn & sugar snaps
D - HM SW faggots in syn free onion gravy, mash, mixed veg & spinach (1 syn per portion of faggots)

    HEA - milk
HEB - no idea but I've got bread or hifi bars if I want something
Syns - cheese 2; faggots 1; possibly some butter if I decide on a sandwich or toast

Haven't looked at this thread for a few days and it always moves so quick!

Hope everyone is having a good week.

    WI tomorrow morning.

For my tea I'm having heck sausages - unfortunately Asda substituted the half a syn ones for the 97% variety which are 3 syns each, so I'm having 3 and still keeping within my syns for the day.

Am off to Buffet Island tomorrow lunch time as it's hubby's birthday (50).

Have a good weekend all! x

Evening all. Congrats to the losers, commiserations to those who STS or gained

It's a STS for me this week. I thought I'd had a pretty good week overall so a bit disappointed. However a good NSV - I bought a top in a sale at Christmas without trying on (I hate changing rooms) and it was tight across the bust and on the sleeves. My arms looked like they were in sausage skins! I tried it again this morning and it looked good so I plan to wear it for DDs birthday do next week.

I've booked a holiday at the end of May - six weeks to get my act together so I don't frighten small children around the pool!

    Welcome, Moonlustie :hello:

Kathryn - glad you enjoyed yesterday's meals - hope today's were just as tasty...(they sounded good!)

Maisie M, I suspect you're already in your tent - I hope you have a good night and its not too cold!

Pixtotts, my sympathies - life is unfair sometimes... :(

    Abbafan - enjoy Buffet Island!

Stuck to plan today. HExB was an Alpen light summer fruits bar and I chopped it up and stuck it on top of my fruit and yoghurt for dinner.

    Tomorrow's plan is:
Brunch: Bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes
Dinner: Beef casserole (cooked with lots of speedy veg) served with more speedy veg!
HexA&B - still to be worked in somewhere...

I was working out how many weeks I have until my holiday (which was my initial focus when I joined SW) - answer; 16 more weigh ins! However, today I have a more pressing problem to keep me on track...

My work trousers have been much too big for a while now, and after much persuading my (not very friendly) boss, I was finally allowed to order a new pair. Given that the ones I currently wear were soooo big (I measured them and I was belting them in 9 inches on the waist, and they were very baggy around the hips and thighs :(), I decided to bite the bullet and ordered the new pair 2 sizes smaller. Well, they've arrived today, and they are "snug"!:wall: They do up, and are OK when I am standing, but they are quite dodgy if I have to sit or squat down (and my job involves a lot of moving about and bending!). So, I am on a mission... "Operation uniform trousers" is officially launched. I definitely need to stay on track now because I am a) not going back to boss and asking for the next size up :o, and b) adamant that they shouldn't split whilst I am wearing them (which, at the moment, feels like a distinct possibility!). I am officially on a "Speed" mission!!! :rotfl:

Have a good weekend, everyone! :D

[STRIKE][/STRIKE]That's a good incentive piglet . It reminds me of my clean jeans test for how I'm doing. I don't own scales so I use my clothes to keep me on track between WIs.

I've only skim read today's posts and well done losers, there are some great losses.:T

I've had a good day. I went to WI and I only gained half a pound. That's just a tiny change in a month and I'm now spot on target.

I've been a bit careless since. I went shopping hungry ( bad idea) and succumbed to crackers and cheese from demonstrators in Sainsbury's.

I'm officially on holiday from today although not going away until the weekend but I am out to eat before then. The plan is to take the hit and then get seriously back on track after Easter.

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk
L: JP with cottage cheese and beetroot
D: chicken kievs, SW chips, mushrooms, tomatoes. green stuff
    Syns: weekend wine and more!

I've got a pot of wiz's lentil soup cooking so that'll see me through a few lunches.

    Morning all

We're having lovely weather here at the moment, I'm really surprised we're not busier, we've only had 3 customers so far this morning and we've been open over an hour. *shrugs*

Weekend wine syns were consumed last night, followed by a very restless night and a thick head this morning! I only had 2 glasses of wine, it doesn't usually have that effect.

Pixtotts - I really feel for you after being so disciplined with your eating, to have your sister lose after going so far off plan is really unfair. I hope she didn't gloat.

Sorry to hear you're in pain TIE, hope you're feeling better today.

Bubbs - are there other groups in your area you can go to? There are loads in my area but none in the town I actually live in. I keep hoping, in the meantime I know it's a 20 minute drive.

Have a great weekend everyone - the good weather is supposed to be virtually countrywide so we should all be able to enjoy some sunshine.

Thanks all <3 It's one of those just keep swimming times I guess.
If I don't get a monumental loss next week I'm having a week off! lol!

    I've been on plan 2 times I didn't think I'd be :)
Thursday nights my mum has fish and mushy peas and the handful of chips the chip shop puts in. I don't eat fish and everything else is stupid syns so it's leftovers or noodles for me usually then a few of dads left over chips. Well he's in Milan, and someone left a chicken out of the freezer, so we had jacket potato, chicken and salad :)
And last night I was going to be going to a friends for pizza but her mums in hospital so I had tesco tikka chicken - from the BBQ range - Syn free!! with loads of salad and butternut squash chips, the crinkle cut ones from sainsburys I love so much that they look like frozen chips :)

So I had 2 days of 9 syns when they would have been over :) I've also started posting my food and stuff on instagram which as increased the amount of speed I have with every meal :)

Today has turned into my only iffy day this week, I'm going to my boyfriends, and he is making burgers, which will be homemade and delicious but they will not be 5% fat! But hopefully (if I get up...) I 'll make some potato salad to take with me :) x
I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....
