Almost there, I think many sales go through in spite of, not because of, solicitors

Hoping for positive news today for you fortune :D
  • I promise you it gets better 😉

I wouldn't want any direct contact with our buyer - he was a total pain in the proverbial.

I found it frustrating having such little control over things and having to wait. I wouldn't have minded waiting if I felt confident that the process worked but given our buyer was a nutter - that absolutely was not the case.

In 3 months time you'll be in your new garden with a glass of wine :T

Thanks guys. I'm already drumming my fingers waiting for news and it's only 9.30.

That's exactly how I feel Tilly. I'm used to taking action and making things happen so it's very frustrating having to wait and do nothing.
I was hoping to be drinking wine in the new garden in 3 weeks though - not 3 months

I'm glad I don't have your buyer. When we're settled I shall start writing again and it sounds like there's a good story there.

Yes - box to go in car, not for packing, must include corkscrew, wine/champagne and glasses 😀
