    They didn't phone - they emailed me and it was Sky accessibility section that I am dealing with (I am disabled - unable to speak on the phone)
    Is there a general email address I can use ?

    No email that I'm aware of although they do have both Facebook Messenger and an SMS service now which are new to me anyway.

    Despite registering on Sky as being disabled and not wanting any phone calls - this morning at 9:00, I received an (unanswered) call on my mobile from 0333 100 50000 - which if you google - turns out to be Sky customer services !!
    Appalling or what ?
    I am still waiting for a free fix - the problem is still there (the signal disappears at random)

    Success - Sky have offered to come and fix my problem for free - with no mention of any added contract time !!
    I have to wait 8 days !
