They didn't phone - they emailed me and it was Sky accessibility section that I am dealing with (I am disabled - unable to speak on the phone)
Is there a general email address I can use ?
"Live chat" is permanantly engaged0 -

Despite registering on Sky as being disabled and not wanting any phone calls - this morning at 9:00, I received an (unanswered) call on my mobile from 0333 100 50000 - which if you google - turns out to be Sky customer services !!
Appalling or what ?
I am still waiting for a free fix - the problem is still there (the signal disappears at random)0 -
Success - Sky have offered to come and fix my problem for free - with no mention of any added contract time !!
I have to wait 8 days !0
