Unless you can get that repaid via the set-aside hearing then you can raise your own MCOL claim against MIL to recover it.0

Ive just noticed this is saying its a different car park, so may not be UKPPO, I'm really confused now!Won't fix the £255 I'm already out of pocket for the CCJ!
So you got a set aside on the basis you were clueless. And now you have the opportunity of checking who was operating at the site on the day, you want to remain clueless. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I know, sounds like the DVLA are now well over their heads with what's going on0 -

I was just making the point about the £255,
Its not about being clueless, I am aware who the parking company is/was I don't know what information they have/evidence etc, I know MIL has 0 from what I can gather!0 -

Mr Dunford.
I have just got off the phone to MIL and a gentleman called Ryan Adams, who appears to think they have received an apology from the DVLA regarding a DPA breach?
Is this correct?
Many Thanks.
......
That was an interesting call. They seem to think everything is above board now!
I was chasing my paperwork/images, so I can see what they have!0 -

SO..... That was an interesting 20 mins!
An email from MIL with 0 information!
Good Afternoon,
In regard to your query I can confirm that copies of the court claim will be available on MCOL as the claim form was sent by the courts and is available as a downloadable format as for letters sent by ourselves previously I will have copies of these sent out to you with the correct address on them as per the set aside application.
Any additional documentation will be supplied in a court bundle as per any future allocations.
Kind regards,
Chris Barrett
....
And a call from the DVLA after my email to confirm there has been no apology!
There is however an investigation as MIL are claiming section 35 allows them to bring the case to court using the data.
However,
I have just been informed, the only thing UKPPO should have provided was the registration, it is down to MIL to obtain the data from the DVLA using their own request.... which can be declined I'm told
I have been told I will be kept in the loop!
The DVLA has instructed its solicitors to investigate now.0
