MIL lose set-aside hearing

Ms B asked for her costs and the judge ruled that as Ms B had been severely disadvantaged by having to pay £255 for a set-aside hearing, MIL should refund this to her within 14 days.

Let's hope that if MIL do not pay Ms B, she sends in the court bailiffs with extra costs for MIL

OPs case was , UK Parking Patrol office LTD

prankys case was North West Parking Enforcement


on the prankys case North West Parking Enforcement were TOLD by the DVLA to stop presessing data , and agreed to do this

So here is the claim form!

Coupon-mad! I will be emailing shortly, waiting for them to get the all rubbish together they are going to send me! In the mean time I'm going to demand, without prejudice, my £255... then start up a seperate claim for UKPPO for the breach of data.... I think £500 should do it!

Ive just noticed this is saying its a different car park, so may not be UKPPO, I'm really confused now!

It actually doesn't give any details about anything!

Ok, on google street view it shows the car park and UKPPO logo on the sign! So guess it is UKPPO

No, I only have that paperwork as the court gave it to me!!

how can you fight , when you dont know if you were guilty or not (forget mil for a moment)

you need a copy of the NTK clearly showing date and location , plus a copy of the deed of assignment recept from the PPC , hence me saying to do a SAR
