It's a fair point about the phone but it lead to email communication, which hadn't occurred before!

I sent them a without predujice offer today that they settle with me at £255 and we assume it was a mistake and my data was processed in error...

Also explained I am a investigative photo journalist and let them know I knew who I spoke to on the phone wasn't who they said they were but someone else!

They are liars and cheats! I will have my day in court and it won't be until at least April! So lots of time to chuck a few punches and hope a few land!

For reasons I will not expand on at the moment the best I'd offer is evens.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

KEEP UP THE PRESSURE ON MIL

    ** A TIME DEADLINE
    ** AN LBA
    ** COURT

Remember the judge saying to MIL that they will now struggle.

Keep us updated. MIL will read this forum and you don't want to be saying anything they can use against you
