Parking tickets Scotland

Apart from the tiny cluster of Dundee cases, my searches, whilst admittedly not exhaustive, turned up only one other - by UKPC in Livingston. Neither of the two companies mentioned in the OP's enquiry (Parking Eye and Euro Car Parks) has a single case listed for hearing in any Sheriff Court in Scotland this week (at least up to Thursday; Friday's lists are not yet online)0

It appears one company has dropped several hearings - dauphin, I never said it was parking eye or euro car parks listed in the courts.0

Thankyou for all your advice it really has been appreciated.0

What's the point of posting about these listings anyway?
You have been given best advice on what to do.
In the unlikely event that you are sent any court correspondence come back for advice on defending in court0 -
It was just because people had said they never go to court and then For whatever reason I thought I'd check the court rolls and worryingly came across some - there was NCP that had several hearings on one day but that has since changed over the last couple of days.
Thankyou again Quentin the advice has been very helpful and appreciated.0 -
yes 2 x NCP , however one is for expenses? , the other looks an oddball , UKPC being stitched up by gordon and noble ,0

Obviously the PPCs operating in Scotland do get successful on many occasionsHard_workers wrote: »It was just because people had said they never go to court and then For whatever reason I thought I'd check the court rolls and worryingly came across some - there was NCP that had several hearings on one day but that has since changed over the last couple of days.

If they never got their tickets paid, then they wouldn't be operating there at all.
This forum shows you how not to pay when you get a PCN (not just in Scotland!)
But many Scottish residents will simply accept their fate (as they are ignorant of the pound seats they are actually sitting in)
And keepers will be identifying drivers (again in ignorance of keepers in Scotland being in the clear)
You keeping on posting like a doubting Thomas is counter productive.
If you aren't happy with the advice given then you can plough your own furrow, but its not fair on other Scottish residents coming here to sow all this doubt when you have been given chapter and verse as to why you can ignore everything (as long as you don't admit who was the driver) - barring court docs.0 -

It appears odd that you posted what you did.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Quentin, I was just explaining why I had been concerned. As you asked why I bought it up - I have listened to everything you have said and am intending to pass on your advice as I trust it.
Mad dog, dauphine and the others couldn't find what I saw as ncp is no longer showing the 15 - 20 hearings I saw listed in the court roll - but I do have a screen shot and this is why I was more concerned.
I appreciate all advice and will be passing it into the person who needs it.0 -

Maybe the courts saw NCP as a scam ???0
