Basically there was no clear sign(s) but as I work there the judge (and I quote) said sorry, you know the rules of the parking in the ground, you should know better and I lost

Yes they do indeed, the Judge is luck - small claims is a lottery - but the evidence you bring to court can and should swing it.
But you need to strike now.
1. Section 10 Notice to all parties.
2. ICO complaint.
3. Sue them for compensation for data misuse, or counter-claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
