As all private PCNs just a invoice? as I lost one many years ago against Elite Parking - judge turned round and said hey, sign is clear pay up. Your fault lol
YOU LOST in court v Elite Parking, ex-clampers and not the brains of Britain in court? Wow, almost unheard of - shows you that you needed to defend it better! Sorry but Elite Parking should never have won a small claim...never heard of anyone losing against them years ago...

Calm down and do the section 10 Notice and ICO complaint as advised.

Stop firing off post after post and start reading what you have been shown in links.

Read GemstoneLife's thread that I linked for you (it is the same case as in the Prankster's blog, but the version from here with the WS shown).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Basically there was no clear sign(s) but as I work there the judge (and I quote) said sorry, you know the rules of the parking in the ground, you should know better and I lost :(

Yes but there would have been other defence arguments.

  • Gemstonelife's < read the case and almost identical to mine, and have everything she has should this go to court.

Question < do you think these cases rest heavily on the judge you get?

Yes they do indeed, the Judge is luck - small claims is a lottery - but the evidence you bring to court can and should swing it.

But you need to strike now.

    1. Section 10 Notice to all parties.

    2. ICO complaint.

    3. Sue them for compensation for data misuse, or counter-claim.

    Ouch!

But this one could make money for you, as advised. Do not wait to be sued. Strike first.
