Summary:

Car Park Operator: CP PLUS LTD
Our Client: ZZPS Limited
Solicitor Wright/Hassell


CP Plus issue the ticket, but do not have the balls to do anything about it, so they pass this to ZZPS. ZZPS (collectors) send out letters on behalf of Wright and Hassell to try and scare people to pay up.


My only other concern is, all my correspondence does appear to have come direct from Wright Hassell. My letters go direct to the company, all correspondence comes from Tim Hawker Head of Debt Recovery Operations and emails are from support@wrighthassall.co.uk - all Looks genuine

However the name Tim Hawker is not on WH website https://www.wrighthassall.co.uk/our-people/people/


If the letters are being issued by ZZPS - how can I tell?
as is there are genuine WH letters, I feel I should be more concerned

ALL in all should I now wait?........done all I can and see if teh do take court action (which I don't mind) as I have an open shut case

moving on , zzps contacted you about an outstanding ticket from ???? when was it , where was it and what are you supposed to have done ?

PS: why should a solisitors have a department called "support" , every time I have delt with a solisitor , it has been by name , why has Mr hawker not used his email address?

CP PLUS LTD << never got the initial PCN

ZZPS Limited - contact me month after the date saying you have not paid, you know owe twice the amount

I believe whoever stayed in the hotel over night never had a parking permit for the car park

It was about 12 months ago in a hotel car park, Birmingham

I just want this over, whilst another part of me wants this to go to court as I know it will cost them and they will loose so much money.

My only concern is if an offical solicotors does contact me, I should not worry and just stick t my guns 'lets go to court' ?

stop all communication NOW!!! if CP+ thought they had a case they would have started court action by now!!

due to the number of letters cyou have sent you are a "hooked fish" and they will continue continuously , just one sentance short of committing a "legal" offence

file ALL paperwork , printout any emails and save them all

the debt collectors get NOTHING if they fail and send it back to CP+ , and cp+ don,t or will not do court

come back if you get an OFFICIAL "letter beefore action***"

** letterv before action is not , we may hand this to ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It's well known. Debt Collectors have liaised with solicitor firms for decades (used to be 'Graham White Solicitors', now it's a few more):

You are panicking about nothing much - you are getting debt collector letters only - but at court this would have to be defended better than (fellow cloned VRN victim) gemstonelife did first time around, and more like the way she did second time around:

Same as in her case, CP Plus can't hold you liable because you were not the driver (never mind that it wasn't your car). In that thread I showed the witness statement (WS) I wrote for her, which exposed the scam and opened the Judge's eyes at the last minute to rescue her.

So, if you get a court claim, come back and base your defence on similar arguments as shown in that WS.

That's what gemstonelife thought, she thought she could just say 'that's not my car'. She nearly lost it because she didn't bank on the parking firm's tactics and the Judge's willingness to believe a crime number was needed. These cases are not dead easy to defend but ARE very winnable if you argue it properly at a small claim - you could also counter-claim for data misuse.

I reckon you should be forbidding these parties (CP Plus, ZZPS and WH) from continuing to process your data because this isn't your car. Section 10 notice is needed (search the forum for that).

And submit a complaint to the Information Commissioner if they refuse to delete your data and close the case.

OFFICIAL "letter before action"

II'm guessing I will get a load of pay now before this happens etc, pay this before this happened etc etc etc. I've had a legal threat letter demanding £ etc and we will mess you up etc etc etc etc etc

How will I know when ite becomes serious? if CP issue action which is unlikely ?

As all private PCNs just a invoice? as I lost one many years ago against Elite Parking - judge turned round and said hey, sign is clear pay up. Your fault lol
