Urgent parking ticket help !!!

Good evening all, I'm in need of some expect advise from someone.......I seem to be banging my head against a wall and it may have consequences. PLEASE HELP.

Summary.

About a year ago today I received a letter from a Private parking company saying I owed them money for a PCN which was outstanding, new to me? The balance had increased as they do as this was not paid within the allotted time frame.

I wrote back to the parking company company to say, excuse me? I was unaware of this please can you send me more information as I'm not aware of any PCN. The wrote back with a a copy of the original PCN along with a photograph of the car, showing my registration entering and leaving a private car park.

OOOooookay.......strange.

Anyway, I wrote back to the company to say that you for the information you have provided, however this is NOT my car, although it is my registration. Please find attached images of my actual car. The contacted me back to say thank you for the information, I'm afraid this is not suitable evidence.....etc etc etc. etc please pay the PCN

Months have passed by and the company who have issued the ticket (they are part of the BPA by the way) have now passed this to a solicitors who have not only increased the PCN costs but are now demanding money or they will file for a court collection (CCJ)

I have written to the parking comany and the solictors and said very fairly......

1. This is NOT my car although my registrations. I've supplied images of my car even invited them to see my car
2. I have a letter from someone saying where I was at the time in question (family event, NOT ideal) but I was at a Birthday
3. I've also reported the illegal use of the registration to the police


I've told bith parties they are unlawfully trying to claim money from the WRONG person and supplied them evidence of this, I've told then directly I will NOT be paying and insist they fast track this matter to a court(s) to get this resolved - I know a court will end this!!

The solicitors have wrote back saying thank you, all noted, but the evidence is not suitable. PLEASE PAY NOW or we will take actioned to recover the money which will/can cause a CCJ etc etc etc

The total cost of the PCN to date is around £250....

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, can anyone advise what I should do? I do not want my credit rating effected? how can I end this?

OK , I give in , if you need help will you please state the parking Co involved and the name of the solisitors , It would be handy if you could upload a photo of the NTK , with your details removed

upload to tinipics etc and change http to hxxp , , what car do you own and what car is shown in the picture?

The parking company is ZZPS Limited, don't have the solicitors name to hand, but are very reputable company.

Car in the PCN is a modified golf with my reg, my car is also a Golf but nothing like the one in the images.

Don't have the image etc too hand sorry.

I've even reported it to the police who have registered this on file. The can not issue a crime number unless they do something unlawful for example steal fuel or something.

The car park is local so clearly its someone who has seen my car.

Note: over night parking by the way so whoever it was saved £40.

The BPA, who I have written to have not responded. I can not appeal the PCN with the BPA as you need an appear reference number which ZZPS Limited have not issued

The solicitors are not giving up

.....do I pay it on the condition that I DO NOT ACCEPTABLE liability and then take them to court? don't want to get any CCJs against me

....or do they have to take me to court first before they can recover the funds (court order) ?

....other options?

the parking Co is NOT zzps , zzps are debt collectors

the solisitors are likely to be the once reputable firm of wright hastle , who now sell there letter headed notepaper on to zzps , in order to intimidate people

sit tight , ONLY the parking co (look again at the tickets for names???) can start court action , or WH with there solisitors hat on , not as rent a debt collector ltd

please check for parking co name again

You are spot on!!!

ZZPS Limited are the ones who issued the original PCN (images etc)

Wright Hassle are the solicitors < could not remember there name


Just checked my letters have been going directly to Wright Hassle adnt the person signing these is Tim Hawker Head of Debt Recovery Operations at Wright Hassall LLP

zzps are debt collectors working for a parking Co , zzps do NOT ossue parking tickets they work for a Parking company , who was the PARKING COMPANY that issued the PARKING ticket , not the bloody debt collection trash , the PARKING company
