ok , now await CP + sending you court papers (if they dare) , they will have misread the VRN on e the car , goto somewhere like eurocarparts and enter your VRN ,http://www.eurocarparts.com/ now try swopping some numbers agout , 7 is often misread as 1 , etc etc with letters

PLEASE , PLEASE stop writing to debt collectors , they get paid when you pay up , the max the company(cp+) could get is £100 , but zzps <leeches> are upping the anti by wanting £250 (greedy gits) , your next letter will be a "special offer" pay £175 , followed by £150 , if you do not pay they get NOTHING , if it goes to court THEY GET NOTHING , hence buying the frightening WH paper to frighten you

I've told wright and hassel to fast track this case to court and I would be more than happy to provide all the relevant info. I know a court will see this for what it is. I just can't get them to do this, or can I ?

this CANNOT happen without a court order

therefore it would have to

go to court

you lose

you dont pay the judgment within 28 days

then , and only then , can the claimant involve the bailiffs who do the door knocking

see my post above , ONLY the parking Co (or PROPER solisitors) can take you to court , no one banging on your door till AFTER a court case , PS , have you looked how often CP+ do court?

it is NOT wh writing to you , ZZPS are buying letter headed notepaper from them!!!

if you ringv them and ask for parking tickets , the transfer you bto ZZPS

been going n for years , WH will not get engaged directly with CP+

we have been watching those antics for yrs ,

because the once "reputable" solisitors are down on there asses now! all income is welcome , do you think the bosses know what debt collection do ? , NO if money is coming in they are happy

I know of several "older" people that have moved wills etc from them due to younger family being pestered

How if you don't mind me asking do I know prove this? As all WH letters look legit and from their own employee? Please note my letters have been posted directly to WH and my letter back is from WH Address ?

If it was just being used surely they would not be aloud to use there signature as well ?
