Firefly thanks for the pics. Pleased you're all ok. I sooke too soon DH has now strained muscles in his shoulder and top of knock trying to find something in spare room. It is quite painful and he's taken pain killers which he never normally does so must be bad.

It's a beautiful weather day here today and fairly warm
out.


Had to battle my way through the webs this morning just
to get to my shed!


I didn't have the very handy long handled broom to hand &
decided to man up and use my hands - after which it
all went a bit pear shaped! :rotfl::rotfl:


But I'm pleased to say the particular spider in question
has lived to see (with all eight eyes) another day!

Sorry to hear your DH is not good leanfun and hope he feels better soon. My DH is the same, hates taking pain meds so I know if he does he must be bad.

Been out to lunch with a friend today which made a change then went to knit and natter. Just finished making a lacy scarf for DD in Durham, have made her a lovely bag as well as she is 50 on Friday. How time flies.

Meeting up with DS tomorrow who is just back from Uganda after visiting inlaws. Glad he is back safe and sound anyway.

Enjoy the rest of the evening, off to try some vodka that DD left us.



Never hear of it before, will let you know what it like. A bit put off by the blade of grass in the bottle LOL.

Morning, been raining since yesterday afternoon and still going now.They have said it should brighten up later with the odd light shower but not going to chance putting washing out. Never heard of that vodka sylv,you will have to let us know what it is like. There are so many different ones out there now. Not like back in the day when you got Smirnoff and that was it..lol.
