Thanks all, OK at dentist nothing doing for either of us this time. We went in together, total not even 10 minutes and just over £40 for us both. Wish I had been a dentist LOL.

ours are the same just over £20 for about a 5 min check over!
I used to go every 6 months but now told them it's a
once a year as think the charges are a bit OTTP.

Morning, very dull start here.Don't think we will be seeing the sun today.I turned on the tv to see the news as not seen it for a few days. Not good in Mexico with all the earthquakes and aftershocks. My thoughts go out to all affected by it. I think we are lucky here as don't have anything like that.
I am off to the cinema later to see Victoria and Abdul,so will let you know what i think about it later. Hope you all have a good day.

Wow So excited. Last night I found a TW Message to say I'd won tickets with Rococo Chocolates for this tonight.

Tickets just cinfirmed. I've gone around in circles about it as I didn't use Comp email and other email address emails are coming in nearly four hours late.

Seems I must have just entered from TW not from Here. As I don't really know what I'm doing with TW I'm chuffed.

The first prize I won with TW a pizza board never appeared I did contact them but it still didn't come.

Late in today - been out and about this morning - also
collected my new glasses. They're really nice &
I'm trying them out now so if there's any typing errors
blame the specs! :whistle: :rotfl:

It's strange though - I mentioned the fact that it's National
Eye Health Week (18th-24th) and the receptionists didn't
have a Scooby Doo - or my optician! :eek:

It's a lovely weather day here - a mix of light cloud and
sunshine and a decent temperature out too.

Great that you and DH didn't need treatment at the
dentist sylv. It can get so expensive even if nothing needs
doing!

Have a great time at the cinema indie - Victoria and Abdul
looks and sounds a fascinating piece of history.

I saw an advert about it on TV this morning (always love
reading about the history of A.A. Milne and the creation of
Winnie the Pooh etc).
