Alfie on of my favourite films was the one about Beatrix Potter loved that one. Will look out for when Goodbye Christopher Robin comes out on DVD.

Morning, suns out and i have the day off.Already got washing out and just going to take son to work. Glad your hubby liked the cars sheils. I have been there quite a few times and love the New Forest.I just wish people would drive slower when driving through as so many ponies get killed by speeding cars. Must get on as loads to do today as well as catch up with comps. Hope you all have a good day whatever your up to.

I love Beatrix Potter too leanfun and have also got the film
about her life in my favs. She was definitely a very strong
woman and quite a character! I thought the film was
brilliant! :T

You're so right about the New Forest being full of surprises!

I know what you mean indie - some people drive like
maniacs in the forest - and sadly it's more likely to be
locals! Some seem to forget that all animals have the right
of way in the forest. It's so upsetting.

There was a 'hit & run' case not so long ago - I just hope
the poor animal wasn't left to suffer.....

The weather's a tad damp here today - very fine rain
at the mo.


I had been out earlier to collect provisions and managed
to stay dry - it also looks as if it's been raining through the
night so the garden plants will be lapping it up!


I think the word has got round in the wildlife community
that I've seen the light and become a spider lover cos all
of a sudden there are hundreds of humongous webs all
over the garden! :eek:





Think that was after my last pruning session when I had
to gently move them (with a very long handled broom )
so I could actually get on with the clipping, all the time
apologising to them for the upheaval caused! :rotfl::rotfl:


Lol - and they were all back the following day!

a bit better here this morning with only a drizzling of rain,

same with our shed lol,
doesn't matter how many times it's swept out next time
I go in they have
moved back in
was out on the landing last night & saw a
massive daddy longlegs hovering round the light :eek:
they seem to be double sized this year as well :eek:
