Sun is shining away but it seems to have been a cold night.
Got lots of washing dry in the late afternoon yesterday but will make sure I get the rest sorted out as rain is due for tomorrow and Monday. The car has to go for a service on Tuesday so we are having a morning in Dumfries then so won't get much done then. Got to keep car healthy especally as next trip is down to Bournemouth!

Glad your DH got his glasses sorted out without costing too much leanfun.

Hope you are enjoying the peace Sylvia.

Shame you were not down Bournemouth this weekend sheils as they have the air display on. I saw it a few years ago and it was a great day out.
Yes it is my leg playing up. I like to lie on that side but as soon as i do it wakes me up.By the time i come down have some meds and put some rub on i am wide awake. I was wondering if it was playing up as i worked yesterday and did a 12 hour shift. I'm on my feet 11 hours so maybe that's set it off again.Oh well i am just keeping notes on it to see if it is that so when i go to docs i can tell him. If it's not gone soon.

Did I hear the magic word 'rhubarb' fire**fly?

It's definitely quite autumnal now in the early mornings/late
evenings and has anyone else noticed how quickly the nights
    are drawing in now.

Well - must crack on - still got a fair bit to do yet today. Have
a lovely rest of the day all and take care. :)

Great you had a good day Alfie.

    Yummy to rhubarb Firefly.

Indie hope you have had a restful day and your leg is a bit better. Hopefully a better night.

We have had a quiet day after a very noisy GS yesterday afternoon. I took him to our local park yesterday to find there were lots of Muslim families there celebrating Eid al Adha
    http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2017/09/millions-muslims-celebrate-eid-al-adha-2017-170901064611843.html

I vaguely remembered it being something to do with Abraham but asked a grandad sat near me and he explained it all.

Then a friend came into the play area with her GKs while we were sat talking a lady completely covered in a Birka and sunglasses came up and started chatting to us. Afterwards my friend said she'd never talked to someone she couldn't see before. Well it was quite an experience but good to see so many families enjoying themselves in the sunshine.

I had intended to take GS to a cafe for lunch but he only wanted to come home. We had drinks and a snack out with us but I think he was tired and hungry and then went crazy.
