Morning everyone. Bit dull here so far although no rain. GK's are off to a fun day today. Was going to go but toe is still giving me gyp when I put a shoe on. Hopefully it will ease off a bit as I have loads to do tomorrow and it can't be put off. Have a good bank holiday everyone. Be lucky.

Nipped over to shop for a couple of things and toe started bleeding again. So nipped in to Boots and got some dressings. So will have to figure out what I am going to wear on my feet tomorrow. Can only think my sheepskin boots which are quite wide to accomodate wooly winter socks. Have got some disposable over shoe things like the ones you would use in hospital. I use them over my shoes in garden so hopefully that will stop boots getting ruined if toe starts again. Who would have thought a little toe bleeding would cause so much trouble lol.

Good evening all, its so hard to keep up on here with being so busy so you will all have to bear with me until kids are back at school and all visitors go LOL. Sister here at the moment too.

Hoping TV will come soon and that there is a note in it to say where it has come from so I can thank OP.

Hope you're all ok. Can't believe that it's almost the
end of August - the year is fairly whizzing by!


We have light cloud this morning after a very muggy
night.

The sun is showing itself as I type.

It's going to be another warm one today then apparently it
will become a little cooler for the remainder of the week.


Crikes - tropical storm Harvey in USA sounds horrendous. :eek:
Those poor people - my heart really goes out to them.


Did anyone watch 'In Solitary: The Anti-Social Experiment'
on 5 yesterday evening? Absolutely fascinating and yet
scary ... observing how humans cope in those conditions -
wouldn't fancy it myself!

Morning peeps. Looks as if it is going to be a nice day here. Awfull about storm Harvey alfie. Poor people. Forgot that programme was on hopefully there is a repeat somewhere or on catch up. Toe is not quite so painfull this morning but it is nipping a bit where cut is. One way or another have to go out today so no choice really. I refuse to do online banking as I don't trust it and have a few other things that need done. Hope everyone is well. Take care.
