    :hello: Good morning everyone

It's another beautiful day here - must get out in a mo and
carry on with the cutting up of the branches! The pile is
    slowly going down. :p

Lol fire**fly - love your piggie pic! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Thought
I should go with a froggie one! Yes - the frog was still there,
he'd just turned himself around. Soooo cute. :grinheart

Hope your family have a lovely time in Germany rose and
that GS has a brilliant time at the Fire Station today.

I see the police had an open day somewhere down here
(just caught it on local news yesterday evening)- for families
to come along and enjoy the fun - it looked brilliant - great
    entertainment for all. :T

Well - best get on. :p Have a lovely Sunday all and please
    take care.

Alfie I remember our police station open day from last year. Oh boy do I remember. They had an array of sirens from over the years. I am only about 60/70 yards from them and at first I couldn't think what was going on then when I twigged had about two hours of non stop noise. Neighbour has told me the Fire Station has two old fire engines from the war years on show. She saw them when she was going to chapel this morning. They arrived on the back of lorries. May wander up myself and have a look. (only 10 minutes walk) GK's love these open days they have lots of fun and get an understanding and education about these important services.

Congratulations RatGirl. yaaaaaaay:j:D Had to have a look out window as all I could hear was football songs and chants. Home team are playing Glasgow Rangers today well I suppose it is them as there are a lot of blue football tops being worn. Just a pity rain has just started lol. Town will be lively later then no matter what the score as both sets of supporters in the main are friendly with each other. Pubs around me will be busy as well.

Nipped along to Fire Station for 10 mins to see old fire engines. It was two Green Goddesses (Remember the miners strike) Those Fire Engines. Football Ground which is more or less across the road was in full swing with singing. So town in a happy place at the moment lol.
