Morning peeps. Lovely and sunny here. Bed stripped and washing machine is humming away. Ran a deoderiser through dishwasher as I hadn't used it for a while so nice and fresh now. Need to go to cashline at some point or I will be raiding the penny jar lol. Well done on win wingo. Hope you get caught up on chores shiels. When are you off again? Good luck for today everyone.

Been a lovely day and last of the washing is on the line. Looks like I am going to be lucky and get it all dry today. Not sure when the ironing will be done though!
Making mince for dinner, lovely to have something plain and simple after being away.

We are off again on Sunday rose - Whitehaven for 1 night, saw a £29 Premier Inn offer there and we haven't been to the Lakes for ages as prices have been so high. Then we are heading to Holiday Inn Expresses in Burnley and Wakefield (free with points offers)

Hope the weather improved for those with rain.

Afternoon peeps. Went out for a couple of hours got some money spent it and had to go back for more so purse is ok at the moment. Bank account is screaming at me lol. Went to asda for bin bags jam and marmalade. Spent too much £62 odds then went to Zara for a t-shirt I was after bought it as well as a jump suit for Christmas Day. it is a sort of peach/nude colour Will probably wear it to a Xmas night out before. Jumped on the bus went to next town and bought a pair of strappy silver sandals to go with jumpsuit. Back to my town and had eyebrows threaded in Superdrug (franchise in there) Went in to Boots bought what I needed and cousin got me a bag of perfume/makeup samples. So no need for anything else to beautify myself lol. Goodness this sounds like a diary entry sorry peeps.

Love the lakes shiels. Whitehaven is quaint but it is getting so busy now if you go in the holidays. Takes away the peace and enjoyment.

Sounds like you had a succesful day rose. Well done on purchases.
Whitehaven's Premier Inn is a few miles outside the town, just using it as a stopover while we visit some of the lakes in the area. We tend to visit the towns in the winter as we aren't that far away. Probably visit other lakes on the Monday before heading for Burnley where there is a great Indian Restaurant that we both love and a nice canal to walk along. Got plans for journey to Wakefield too.
