Humble apologies Rochdale guy, and to others too but both the app forms are due to go already.... as suggested quite rightly, I did not see your posts recently. (They went in about 8 hours!)

If the exchange falls through, I will contact you, but I am quite certain it will probably be okay. Will keep an eye our for more app forms as I get around a bit!

Can anyone describe the appearance of the original form at all please (not the premiership one) !?

Also a note.  I heard of soemone the other day who called BC and said i want a 0% £1 min spend leaflet.  They were told no, but after a little badgering someone in the call centre found and posted them one.  No guarantees - but you could always try.....

Will try them now, I'll report back later... wish me luck

Might it be possible for someone to scan one of these application forms and post it here so people can print their own off. Even though it wont be an orriginal, BC may well honour it. Gotta be worth a try.

NO. I DIDN'T MANAGE TO GET ONE OUTTA THEM.

I EVEN TRIED THE "RIGHT THEN, HOW DO I CLOSE MY CURRENT GOLD CARD ACCOUNT" ROUTINE. THEY PUT ME THROUGH TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ADVISOR WHO EXPLAINED THAT EVEN IF THEY DID HAVE A LEAFLET, I WOULDN'T BE GUARANTEED TO BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PREMIERSHIP MASTERCARD ONE AS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN "EXCELLENT CREDIT RECORD" WITH BARCLAYCARD, THEY HAVE OTHER INFORMATION THAT STATES I HAVE TOO MUCH CREDIT  >:( HAVE I APPLIED FOR OTHER CARDS WITHIN THE LAST FEW MONTHS etc THAT MAY EFFECT MY CHANCES OF GETTING A NEW ONE etc ? HAVE YOU GOT A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REFERENCE FILE ? THAT MAY ENLIGHTEN THINGS. ACTUALLY I *DO* AS I WAS TURNED DOWN FOR AN EGG CARD EXACTLY 1 MONTH AGO TODAY SO SENT FOR MY CREDIT FILE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING UNUSUAL ON IT. THERE WASN'T. WHAT THE HELL DO BARCLAYCARD KNOW ABOUT MY OTHER CARD APPLICATIONS AND ACTIVITES ??? THAT SCARED ME  :o

Anyway, sorry for shouting in CAPS but I'm really down over this matter. Even if I did get a £1 a month 0% APR leaflet now ,it sounds like because of my EGG rejection showing up, I wouldn't get accepted by BARCLAYCARD now. She told me to let my credit history build up and to phone them back in another 2-3 months.

2-3 months ? I might be dead by then  >:(

Man, I am so p*ssed off over this.

I can't apply for ANY new cards as I seem to have too many already so am stuck with this £2,000k over 4 other cards.

Life sucks, I'm depressed BIG TIME.

I'm so sorry to hear that. What rates are your cards at?Have you done the credit card shuffle and have you tried ringing the card companies up and asking them to lower the interest rates? This has worked for some other people so it might be worth giving it a go.
