Hi, desparate for any spare forms for this £1 a month spend offer. Can't find ANY leaflets in Rochdale, Oldham, Bury or even Manchester.

Will pay £5 for this form -  only the £1 offer please - (and as long as it won't run out within the next 3 weeks) to give me time to apply !

You must please post it to me via 1st class Recorded Delivery postage so it doesn't get lost in the post.

Anyone help me please ?

Sorry for boosting something I'd already written but I kinda get real depressed when people come on here posting they've seen the £1 a month spend forms knowing people like myself are desparate for just one, yet they aren't offering to pick up a spare form to help us out EVEN when they're willing to pay for all postage costs etc so you aren't out of pocket.

Hi folks, just read the above note.  It would be really great if someone can help Rochdale Guy though.

I just wanted to comment on the £5 offer.  As it's recorded delivery i think it's fine, cos that'll cover costs with a little left over.  What i dont want though is to get into a position of people selling the forms to the highest bidder on this site.

We're a community and the aim is for people to help each other - expenses as in this case, are fine.  However i just wanted to knock this on the head before it was born.

I just want to echo what rochdale guy says really. I mean like Martin said before, we are a community, who look out for these great deals.

I would advise some caution for those who are so desperate to get these forms.
It is a good offer but Barclays are giving very low credit limits to many people which makes it much less attractive (or indeed useful). Combine that with some applications taking more than two months to process and you could find that this is not the financial holy grail you thought it might be. If you are planning to use this offer as an "escape route" then it may be wise to make sure it is not your only one.

There are leaflets at Barclays Bank, Station Road, Edgware, Middx (near Edgware tube station on the Northern Line).  They are displaying the £50 spend ones in a large display stand near the front door so ignore them and  and some NO% ones are on their own on a display stand attached to the wall next to the tills.

OOPS SORRY POSTED TOO QUICKLY IN MY EXCITEMENT AFTER GETTING THE FORM , IVE JUST READ THE LEAFLET AND THE CARD IS THE PREMIERSHIP ONE! THE LEAFLET ONLY APPLIES TO BARCLAYS CUSTOMERS! - MY FRIEND AT WORK WHO IS A CUSTOMER IS NOW THE LUCKY ONE AND I HAVE TO KEEP SEARCHING!

Don't have to go far to find the £50 offer any more- it dropped through my mailbox this morning addressed to 'The Householder'!

Yeah, I had one come through my letterbox this morning also. Barclaycard must be desparate to sign people up to this huge con, yeah you get 0% on balance transfers until paid off plus 2% cashback, but you have to spend £50 a month to qualify

Pity it wasn't a £1 a month spend offer then I'd be over the moon !

Oh well.....

Thought I was the only person who had applied for this Barclaycard "deal", or had read it wrong. I transferred my balance (they did not transfer it all mind you) my leaflet said I would get so many hundred Reward points (Sainsburys) plus 0% interest until balance was paid off. On my first statement it read I would be charged over £17.00 interest, I rang and queried this, and was told that if I activated my card, and spent the £25 then this would be waived. I actually spent (unfortunately) £90 but this month was then charged over £25 interest!. Customer services there are very unhelpful

thanks for the above post, i transfered to the barclaycard about a month ago, have just made my first payment on receipt of the statement. As yet, i havent received my card. It was no great loss to me as i am trying to get out of debt not add to it, but you have just reminded me i ought to sort it out.
