Well done Skinty.
Puppy is so funny. She makes me laugh.
It is chilly today. I'm working ridiculous hours at the moment which is good as I'm too busy to think about spending money!!!!
I hope you have a good day. :j:):TAiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

I certainly don't want to live the roller coaster of "had it , lost it, relocated, gone back and done it again." If that sort of life brings you joy then great. At the moment I'm happy to not "get anywhere" shopping at aldi and doing surveys. I never said I wanted to earn a fortune and money is not everything in life. Everyone is different and has to live their own lives, but that sort of life is not for me thanks.
Sorry didn't mean to offend you was just responding to your opening line

I think you had the right idea when you posted that, you were fed up and knew you needed change. It's a good place to be

It's the weekend Skinty, hurrah. Hope you are well and the bug is going.
Hope you are ok. It's supposed to rain like crazy tomorrow so I am staying in and tidying and prepping. Hope you have had your flu jab. I had mine done yesterday and the MMR repeat as there is an outbreak of it.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Finally its the weekend ! Work has been hectic but is less of a focus in my life now more of a means to an end.
I went shopping at aldi on the way home £40.72 spent. Shopping budget currently stands at 125.72 / 300. I also put £20 petrol in the car so £20/£40.
I am feeling much better thanks SW and the lump on my face has gone since the antibiotics. Just feeling tired as usualThey told me to wait until my bug had gone to get my free flu jab so I will go next week and get that done. My usual chemist does them so I will go there as no appointment needed.
Its not raining here yet but I can hear fog horns in the distance. Rain is forecast later. I am supposed to be going out this afternoon to meet up with friends so I hope the rain isn't too bad.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Had a NSD yesterday. We had torrential rain and our afternoon out was cancelled. I walked the dog twice in the rain, she enjoyed rolling in the mud :rotfl:
I had a batched cooked chilli from the freezer for lunch which was very warming, and an aldi fish pie 65p with veg for dinner. I spent the day hoovering, tidying and cleaning. The dog spent the day snoring on the chair
Hopefully the weather will be better today and I will be able to get some washing dried outside, but it was blooming cold when I let the dog out at 5.30am brrrr ! I am going to make a stew in my slow cooker a bit later.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Not too bad a day, bit of sun, breezy and not too cold. Washing mostly dried on line now hanging on patio door curtain rail to air off out of the way of the dog !
Good news from pet insurer they are paying out for xrays :j so I just have to pay £99 excess on my not-0% credit card, which I have budgeted for this month.
Odd pennies in my current account tonight 21p into my emergency fund now totalling £41.03

Lovely sunny warm day today
I called at morresons on the way home from work for fruit, milk and a few bits and pieces total spend £8.24. On the way home I saw the tide was in so I took the dog to the shore and she had a splash around in the sea
Bumped into a friend who was walking the coast path whilst waiting for her car to be serviced nearby and had a good chat. Puppy was very good and sat by my side whilst we talked :A good job really that she didn't jump up as my friend had white jeans on and puppy was very sandy and stinky after rolling in the seaweed :rotfl:
I have been managing to take a sandwich to work most days with fruit and crisps so I am managing not to spend in the work canteen. I am off next week as DF is coming for a visit which I am looking forward to.
