Have updated 2nd post with some clickable links for a couple of the better sites. There are loads out there, gifthulk, gifthunter, clixsense, neobux, etc
But these are the more popular or easier to earn sites. I have included Prolific for those of you who want alerts when on pc of new surveys. Don't forget to leave your referrals for each site you are signed upto on appropriate thread, Link to referral board can be found in second post too.0 -

so I am still having issues with virngin media(misspelt purposely) and their internet settings. I rang last week and I rang today.
the guy said he had fixed the dns settings for me. already lost connectivity once since he fixed it BUT..... my wireless printer is no longer connected and it keeps flashing up lost connection to the printer.
I dont use it very often but we put it upstairs as hubby wants a minimalistic living room and so cannot wire to pc if I want to print.
oh well will sort tomorrow, cannot be bothered with this anymore.

KM, I vaguely remember you posting about this recently and meant to PM you about it! I've also had issues with PA re: log in. It started in December as it was adamant that my log in details and specifically, my email, weren't recognised as they didn't hold an account for me! Despite it taking almost a month and multiple emails with screenshots back and forth to sort out, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt if they were having 'gremlins in the works' type problems. In fairness, they are usually fantastic, so I didn't want to openly bash them. Anyway, long story short, they reinstated my account after it was mysteriously deleted(!!), along with all my previous survey records and balance.
If you or anyone else is having similar problems, please feel free to PM me about it and I'll go through what I know to try and save you as much time as it took me to sort!! Like you, I KNEW all my account details were correct. They never did give me a full explanation as to what had happened, but if you and others have had issues, then perhaps it was a bigger problem their end rather than the one off I thought it was £10 a day 2017 - APR £60.12 / MAR £82.24 / FEB £142.82 / JAN £241.240 -
I'm new to this, but can I please join the £10 a day challenge too? I'm desperately trying everything I can to earn extra money since I don't have any regular work until mid March. That's the big problem with casual/freelance type work! It's far too easy to give myself a 'day off' though, and end up earning nothing  so I need some inspiration and motivation to keep me going.
So far this month I've managed to earn £40 from selling second hand shoes and clothes on eBay - I have lots more things still to list too! Just waiting on some articles I wrote for Textbroker. If they get accepted that'll be a nice little bonus for the pot as well!Make £10 a Day Challenge February Total - £46/£2800 -
I completely missed my target of £155 last month - only managed £30 odd but this month I'm going for £155 again - a fiver a day
I'm £6 off a £50 yougov payout so know I'll hit that this month & should get a fiver from ipsos too. Still need to fond a few more bits to send to ziffit for the minimum payment. Other than that I think it'll be overtime.1 debt vs 100 days -

ok couple of tips:
firstly make sure it is set to wifi on the phone, easy mistake to make
Touch > Settings > Wi-Fi.
Touch the Wi-Fi power switch to turn it and scan. Your smartphone lists the networks it finds within range.
Touch a network to connect. If necessary, enter Network SSID, Security, and Password, and touch Connect.
make sure the wifi button on the phone is switched to on. you can check this under settings too.
another
make sure you are connecting to the correct router hub.
I have named ours so when people come over, and ask to connect, I tell them our name, rather than virginmedia1234 and then someone in the street has virginmedia1342
so just make sure you are connecting to the right hub for your home.
if all that fails, turn off wifi on the phone, so slide the little bar to off,
turn off data, and put into airplane mode.
while in airplane mode, turn wifi back on again. slide the button to on and trying connecting again.
once wifi connected turn off airplane mode.
good luck x
Thanks for all that, Aesop:T. You're a true star as always:A
I've seen some of the fixes you mentioned when I was desperately trawling the internet for help this afternoon.
Unfortunately I can't do anything about the airplane mode or the Wi-Fi button because I can't access the Settings:mad:. In fact I can't access anything at all except the Welcome page which is displaying nothing at the top apart from the battery level (full) and a triangle which shows the signal strength which is empty! And H+(whatever that means). I can't see how I can access Settings or anything else until I get past this standard Set Up procedure.
It asks me to select my network (and it is definitely the right one, I've checked enough times) and the password (which I've taken directly from the router as requested and again I've checked each time I try it). That's when the Authentication Failed message comes up. Apparently this failed authentication is quite common with lots of people, often a password error which I know mine isn't.
I can't even register and get using the phone without Wi-Fi (I've topped up some credit, it's PAYG) as, like I said before, I can't get a signal in the house and I don't fancy going right down the garden in this weather and hanging about down there until I've got it sussed.
I'm giving up for today, my brain aches:eek:. The way I feel at the moment I'm tempted to give up the whole thing and let my niece have the phone back:o
It's a beautiful phone though with a brilliant 5.5 inch screen which should be a lot easier for me to handle with the arthritis in my fingers. I forgot to say:o, in response to your query, it's Marshmallow 6.0.1. Means nothing to me but you'll no doubt understand:)0 -
suggestion - take it to your niece's house. get her to set up the phone in her house. connect it to her wifi etc. then bring it back home.
as if the phone is faulty you won't know.
H+ is a very old weak signal and the phone is looking for data to connect.
marshmallow is good.
and the phone looks lovely.
persrevere but get niece to set up first then try again at home xxx0 -
Sorry, I've been so wrapped up in my own little problems today that I haven't welcomed the new people, congratulated the moneymakers and commiserated with anyone who's having problems whether money or technical ones.
Big hugs to one and all:kisses3:
See you all tomorrow when, hopefully, I'm in a more cheerful mood;)0
