PCM fine - Solicitor letter - please help

it has been two months since my last post, just a quick update on my case.
today I received a letter from the local court with the following text:

It is ordered that

1) unless by 24th May 2017, the claimant do send to the court and to the Defendant full particulars of claim, giving details of the alleged parking infringement, the claim will be struck out without further order.

2)there be permission to the Defendant to send to the Court and to the Claimant,an amended defence, if so advise, by 14 days after service of the full particulars of claim upon him

dated 24th April.

I assume I just need to wait for Gladstones to send their documents and then it can go from there. I am not exactly sure if I have anything to do at this stage..

Hi.

Just received a letter from Gladstones. The send all off their evidences to the court and to me as well. It seems to be a template and some photos of my car (dark photos, still no sign of the exact location of the car, just the car itself). They are referring to their contract, which is the sign - they also included a page with their exact sign. I assume this is now going into the court, so I am waiting for them to send me the letter with the date for the hearing. Any advise on how to prepare? Thanks.

On that letter will be instructions on what to do next prior to the hearing. Usually it is send a Witness Statement 14 days before.

As regards "pics" of the sign. Is it a pic of the actual sign or a drawing/facsimile of what they say was there.

See if you can check Google Street View to see what the signs looked like and compare because they lie about the signs.

Hi all. This is now being almost a year old PCM, just got a letter from the court (I was just informed) that the claimant (Parking Firm) needs to file the certificate of service of its amended Particulars of Claim on Defendant, otherwise the claim will be struck out. I am not sure what does this means, I just hope they will not file it by the date given (26th September)..

I take it they never sent you any amended Particulars of Claim?

I am not sure what is that amended Particulars of Claim document..
Court sent me two letters earlier (back in May and July) asking Gladstones for evidences which they provided (I also received these mails).
