Sorry Coupon-mad, I have not noticed that you already rewritten it. Apologies.
What do you think about the other bits? Should I add something else, or remove? Is it ready to be sent or is there something else I should do with it? Thanks.0 -
HI,
I will be watching your thread with interest as I have a court date booked with a parking firm so good luck!0 -

You need to start your own thread after reading post #2 of the NEWBIES thread all about court papers stage. You do know that you have to submit your witness statement and evidence before the hearing? Don't answer here, read the top sticky thread post #2 and then start a new topic.

Coupon-mad: Regarding my case, do you think that the defence is good enough? or should I make further amendments?0

Thanks. I will mail it tomorrow, is there anything else I should attach?0

So I have printed out my defence in the right format. I am not sure if I need to also complete the template which was sent to me with the pack from the county court (page4, defence and counterclaim).
IF I do have to complete this as well, should I counterclaim or it can be done on the court? Also if I need to complete this form, under the defence should I just write "please see the defence form included?" Please let me know your thoughts. Also, should I send my defence via email as well?0 -
IF I do have to complete this as well, should I counterclaim or it can be done on the court?
And IMHO, no counter claim, don't complicate it:

If you are thinking about your costs that is not a counter claim. See 'costs schedule' in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread, which is taken to court to the hearing later on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
