Hi all
Bad nights sleep, flippin sore throat again. Starting to wonder if it is some kind of allergy. My list for today:
Before work: 25 mins on spinning bike (free), one load off airer and another load on, dug out a jumper I dont wear very often to see if it goes with a cs skirt that also doesnt get much wear - it does!
After work: 45 minutes hoovering the whole house, putting a load of washing in, making beds and tidying, putting bleach down loos and chucking some meatballs and tomato sauce in sc. Now on with more paid stuff for 2 hours.
Still to do: Back to job no. 1 for a meeting (hopefully short), dw to empty, clean washing to put away, more wet washing to go over the airer in my office.
Will put heating on at 3pm so that it is starting to warm up before everyone lands home. It is quite chilly in here though ...
Oh and must read the electric meter and update my spreadsheet. Anyone seen Bob? Havent seen her around for a few days, then again could be wrong.0 -
Princess_pea i've been with co-op for years and love them, but just to warn you they have also recently stopped their 24 hour phone banking service too... I think it still goes to 10pm though (might be wrong) and I figured anything after that late could wait til tomorrow, or be done through online banking (their online site is pretty easy to use now too)
Tired and wishing I had more food/chocolate but I will NOT succumb to the lure of the vending mahine! No! I have yogurt, ONE biscuit, 2 bags of satsumas and a tub of hot chocolate (plus unlimited tea) and if I can't survive for 2.5 hours on that well, that's quite pathetic isn't it??:rotfl: :rotfl:

*Listed 2 more ebay items.
*Make tomorrow's packed lunch
*Pack new radiator to go back to supplier as getting replacement leg seems impossible. No heaters in stock so will be looking for a prompt refund.
*Knit more of current order.
*Decluttered medicines/first aid box & made a note of things we need to buy (which will be cheap generic versions, not expensive brands).
*Took a bag full of saved plastic meat trays, yoghurt pots, etc, down to shed as they will soon be needed for seed sowing.
*Started writing tomorrow's job list.
Wishing every one a great money saving week,

I'm another satisfied Co-op Bank customer. Sadly our town branch closed last year but I can pay in both cheques & cash and make withdrawels at the post office, so with that & online banking, we're covered. Staff in branches & at the customer call centre have aleays been excellent.....polite, helpful, friendly & not 'in your face' with hard sell.

I just changed to the coop. Can't vouch for them as the switch doesn't happen until the 10th. Was the only bank that allows you to earn a pittance and get interest! Looking forward to the £110 golden handshake
super pleased with myself after my shopping trip I ended up getting £89.50 worth of items in the sales (full price) and paid £5.64 as I had £25 vouchers from my cashback cc :beer:DF as at 30/12/16

Hi all
Yaaaaayyy I have an eBay sale - I've had a long wait for that! Listing two more items tonight.
At the weekend I got free nail varnish from the body shop courtesy of vouchercloud and wombled 4 Costa receipts and 1 Morrisons receipt. I got a few bits from Morrisons and got my £5 loyalty voucher.
So back to today had an unexpected lunch provided at work, so I've tucked away the tinned soup I had for tomorrow. Got an extra bag of crisps that was leftover for my draw - it may save me from the vending machine one day!
FPL and checked my market research apps - nothing doing.
NSD due to being busy at work today

Hi all,
NSD in the bag and had a very lovely time making cakes with DD from our food cupboard stores...simples things!
Washing done, just need to hang out and put away dry stuff.
All meals at home and accounted for. L\O for another day.
Shopping list started for SuperM run at the weekend.
I forgot to buy cheap biscuits (we have 'nice' mini packets for treat snacks at school) so the home baking was a double win. I was feeling guilty about not being able to afford to take her out to cinema etc but tbh she doesn't mind and those things will come. She really enjoyed the baking and is super excited to take some with her tomorrow.
Hope everyone having a lovely evening, I am off to catch up on Martin whilst I do the washing up...living the dream!Happiness is wanting what you have...0 -
