Nearly a week late
but I'm in again for this month.
No INs or UUs so far thoughhowever I'm still plugging away!
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
I'm in for another month too - very late as I'm having a rough time with work and struggling to manage the whole full time job, small child, house and pets stuff at the moment (although none of this is new so I don't know why I'm finding things hard). So I'll probably be quiet this month but still plugging away.
I disregard most 'use by' dates on products and also go with the 'if it smells ok its ok' way of thinking. I find the only products that really do go off (even if unused) are lip glosses/balms for some reason."Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."0 -
Doesn't seem that I have any UUs in sight at the moment. Have repaintied my nails though and am wearing ESSIE Fiji with ESSIE Set in Stones on top. I find Fiji looks streaky whenever applied so looks good with Set In Stones on top.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Ooo, a UU:
Superdrug Energise Shower Gel WNBA. Blegh. Doesn't smell that nice
I'm off shopping today, so I'm going to try and resist buying anything unnecessary but I've got vouchers for Lush and The Body Shop to spend. Hm..0 -
1 IN, The Ordinary 2% Retinol. Excited for this! I have a retinol cream that I bought off Amazon ages ago but it doesn't do anything. Will probably give it a go as a body lotion, as I feel this serum will be much better than the cream! No more goo hoarding!

Hi everyone, where are the days going!?! I'm feeling a bit meh and I am craving spending so much at the moment but I am totally skint!
Have some use ups, and free ins, to report.
UUs
Body Shop hair mask, can't remember the exact one but think it had macadamia nut oil in. I loved the smell but that was literally it. It was for dry hair and I've realised my hair is too fine to handle these kinds of very rich masks, even if dry at ends. This one felt really weird too not silky more kind of almost plastic coating on hair. Was weird and WDNBA.
Lush santas postbox soap. Another weird one not a fan at all. Lathered ok on a !!!!!! but then made my skin almost squeak and felt drying and like it wouldn't lather on skin at all. Not into smell either sadly.
Freebie size of PCMC I agree this was really nice but not as hydrating as I'd have hoped. WPNBA at least not at the moment as out of budget.
Clarins detox booster drops sample sachet. This was quite lush mixed in with the PCMC and definitely gave that more wow. However not something you necessarily need so PWNB.
Free ins
Two generously sized Clinique cleansers - a gentle one and a gentle foaming one I think. Useful for travels.
Perfume sample vial.
Sachet of Darphin moisturiser.
My skins horrid at the moment. Think it's hormones and all the chocolate I've been eating. I'm becoming too reliant on chocolate and having it most days lately. Not good!0 -
Hi everyone!
Thanks for the blush suggestions, I will have a scout online.
Houseplant and Catriona_P, sorry you're feeling a bit rubbish! I think the time of year doesn't help; the days are still quite short and, where I am at least, we're having another cold snap! Hopefully things will improve for you soon!
Couple of UUs this week:
2. Crabtree & Evelyn Gardener’s Hand Cream mini WDBA. This was on my PP list. I think I have at least 2 more in this scent. I really like the C&E hand creams in general. Have replaced with C&E Lily.
3. Superdrug Winter Skin Facial Wipes - WNBA. These weren't as wet and moisturising as I thought they would be but they didn't hurt my skin either. They were just ok.
I also had to TA a perfume which was DKNY Be Delicious I Love Paris. There was hardly anything left so I thought I'd use it up but when I sprayed it all I could smell was alcohol. I think this was limited edition but I probably wouldn't buy again anyway.
Speaking of perfume, I've nearly finished my CKIN2U EDT from my PP list. I've got a couple of days' left in the bottle and a bit in the Travalo that I keep in my bag. Trying to decide what to use next. Think I might go for Calvin Klein Reveal. It's quite a deep scent that I wouldn't wear in the summer and it's similar enough to the CKIN2U that I think I can use the same Travalo to decant it into.
Hope you're all getting through the week ok!0 -

If you do end up buying anything don't forget to let us know so we can live vicariously!
I'm sure vouchers take a long time to expire though so don't buy stuff for the sake of it.
I saw The Body Shop are bringing out a new range - Almond Milk and Honey. Luckily/Unluckily sounds right up my street!0 -

I think some Superdrug shower gels are lovely, the Dragonfruit and Vanilla one is lovely, this not so much.
One of the Body Shop vouchers expires this month, so I thought it be best to use it before it did, and I won't know if I will have to chance to go shopping again this month.0 -
So, I'm back from my shopping trip....
Here's some INs to declare:
Lush Plum Rain shower gel 100g
Lush £1 Charity Pot Lotion
The Body Shop Shea hand cream
The Body Shop Morocco Argan Oil hand cream
The Body Shop Shea Body Butter 50ml
Ultrasun Extreme SPF50 Sunscreen 25ml
I used up the Lush voucher and both Body Shop vouchers. I went into Superdrug and Boots and bought nothing. I went into the M&S Beauty department for the first time today, and I didn't know you could get mini sizes of Ultrasun and I've wanted to try it for a while. I wanted to try the Almond Milk and Honey range but it wasn't in the Body Shop I went to0
