Jobs to do today:
- Laundry - Done
- Change beds -Done
- Polish and Hoover bedrooms - Done
- Clean bathroom - Done
- Clean kitchen - Done
- Steam mop floors - Done
:T All jobs done and just about to do the small pile of ironing I have which won’t take me long. Our Christmas visitors are on route and are due to arrive about 3.30pm.
So looking forward to having DD and SIL stay until the 27th. DS and DIL will also be here. Will be a manic house but I’m so happy to be looking forward to it and enjoying this year. Out for dinner tomorrow all paid for with cash not CC and no cooking or washing up for me
I actually still have some money left too. I have just had a text reminding me my mobile bill is in. I will pay this out of what’s left as it’s only £20 which will still leave some left. Not a fortune but still, it will be added to my savings and give us a head start on the new year.
This exact time last year I was like:- Stress levels 10/10
- Mood level 1/10
- Debt worry 100/10
- Arguments with DH 100/10
This year I am:- Stress levels 0/10
- Mood level 10/10
- Debt worry 0/10
- Arguments with DH 0/10
I can’t thank this forum and the members enough, if only everyone knew the difference you have all made to us :A
In a very reflective mood today, can you tell :rotfl:

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Thankyou Sarastro
I hope this positivity continues. I need to make it work if I am to succeed.
I have amazed myself how we have gone a whole year without using a CC. I never want credit again and the way we are going we won’t need one
Merry Christmas all
