Complain as above to BPA. Should not be chasing debt during appeal stage. It's a template letter, exactly the same one I had. It clearly states you have ignored their client. Yet client has sent you Poppla code. Dipsticks .LOL.

complaint sent with evidence, I also mentioned that its only been a couple of days i complained about TNC getting my details using the wrong form from dvla yet here they are again breaking more rules.

Also, is it worth logging a complaint against other bodies such as financial-ombudsman, FCA, office of fair trading, trading standards....any of these which apply?

It appears the BPA will say and do anything to fob off members of the public
despite sending in proof of the NTK, rejection letter from Parking co with popla code, the new demand letter and telling them that i have 28 days to appeal during which time TNC not be harassing me for paymet

when conversing with the BPA use words of one sylable

goto http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/popla-code-checker/ and paste in your POPLa code

this will give a readout showing m the company , that issued (hope it was UKPC and not TNC?) the date issued and the amount of time left

Whilst a POPLa CODE is active , no further action can be taken by the PPC

would be interesting to see if it was UK parking solutions or TNC that actually issued it ?

"if" TNC did issue it , it could be used as "ammo" in quite a few cases , where they have stated to the DVLA/BPA , TNC "collections"

Right I've put code in and it says t & s parking services ltd code 806 now im more confused? . time left 10. Days. . is this checker accurate?
