correct , it looks at the groups of letters and numbers and splits them up into info

three digit identifier for the parking company (e.g. 606 is ParkingEye)
A three digit number which identifies the day of the year made (e.g. 001 is 1st January, 040 is 9th February etc)
A single digit year identifier (e.g. 4 is 2014, 5 is 2015)
A three digit identifier to identify the case for that parking company on that day (e.g. 001 is 1st, 100 is 100th)

TNC cant give you a Popla code as they are debt collectors it has to be off the PPC.

TNC CAN issue a POPLa code as they ARE a BPA ATA member , think , PCS/DR+ do this every day

First 3 digits are 806. .....whats worst outcome. If I submit my appeal can popla just throw it out because of code even though its given by ppc?

When you put the code into POPLA's appeal page, and click through as if you were going to appeal (which you can then abort) what comes up on page two on the POPLA website as the PPC's name?

DO NOT rush to do the actual POPLA appeal, close the page and 'leave the site' once you have checked what POPLA shows it as.

I went on popla site. Put in ref. It asks to select reason which I selected as I was not driver or registered keeper. It says u must provide evidence ...of who driver was which must be just a generic thing?. Then it asks tick either I sold car and was not driver or I bought car and was not keeper at time. Or other. I put other. Then on next page the company name came up as t r luckins
