Ok so a bit late today but feeling positive and motivated.
*All meals from home today and meal planned
*NSD planned as I don't need anything that can't wait until my SuperM visit
*Tidy and clean the house... I am planning on getting living room and kitchen done and then moving onto upstairs if time allows.
*Need to get a few hours of work done this afternoon/evening
*Have booked a class on my gym membership - if I don't use it I am committed to getting rid but to be honest would rather be in a position of using it and therefore healthier than have the money. Things are tight but being healthier would be really good for my general well being as has been the case in the past.
*Been looking into life assurance. I am totally a novice at these things but need to get my premium down. More to do on this but probably need to carry over to another day.
Thats all for me. Hope you all have a successful day!Happiness is wanting what you have...0 -

Yorkshire Lass DSGF gets a bursary to cover her travel to college, she gets just over £100 per month. I don't know what form of travel your DS will have to use but mine (and DSGF) have a rail card that gives them one third off of the ticket price. DS's cost £25 (think DSGF's might have been free) but it soon pays for itself.
I was late this morning and forgot my chow mien for lunch, lucky I have a huge stash of soup here! A colleague gave me some cheese and biscuits she didn't fancy so that became breakfast.
I have nabbed a vegetarian cookbook from the free table to take as a gift to some friends we are visiting at the weekend.
DH is helping a friend move some stuff tonight so will be late back, I'm planning to park at the Mr T and watch for when Mr Grabby pulls in in his van so I can jump out while he's getting parked and beat him to it, mwahhha ha ha ha! I popped in and got the email address for the manager this morning but haven't mailed him yet.
A job that has my name written all over it has just been advertised, my experience couldn't be more relevant to them if I wrote it myself :rotfl: and they are open to someone doing a four day week :T It's not the easiest place to get to but a four day week would offset that (and give me time to do the *other* thing) and I could do it all overground so my fares would be cheaper, I will apply at the weekend.
Have a happy Friday allMake £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

FatVonD, loving your wicked plan and the evil laugh!! Good luck against the Evil Grabby Villain!
Also sounding good about that job, fingers crossed for you
This is the first Friday I think since Xmas, that the kids don't have anyone over or other plans after school, so I can collect them, come home, put my pj's on and sit with a big mug of hot chocolate and get them to read me a story under my giant fleece blanketBliss

Sooo slow at work atm so sitting here doing my meal planning for next week!
Small spend today:
£2.95 on lunch as we had nothing in this morning so bought myself a granola yoghurt pot and some Philadelphia to go with some crackers I already had at work.
£4 on carrots, onions, bananas and 2 packs of blueberries from the market. Decided that I am going to buy most of my fruit and veg from the market behind my work from now on, not just because of the price difference but I've just started noticing how much packaging everything comes in. Will have to bring a backpack with me though as I decided I probably couldn't carry potatoes and apples as well!
Will be doing the food shop tonight which we be paid for with vouchers I got as rewards from all my credit card spending last year  Then this weekend will be more cleaning, cleaning up the spare room and finally getting around to listing bits on ebay that I have been putting off all week.0 -
