  • So far so good.... Changed bedding on mine and toddlers bed, hoovered bedroom, dusted, cleaned windows and opened for a while.

Completed some Spanish lessons - Duolingo great for free language learning.

Literacy, numeracy and Science completed with middle two and some impromptu research on Walter Tull which led onto a a huge discussion about world war 1 & 2.

Played with toddler, he is all about the duplo at the moment!

Even managed to do some of my course (waves to Narc0 :hello: - I 'think' I am training in your field, if I read correctly?)

Dinner is on, wm is on, time to relax with a cuppa x

Popped into the card shop on the way home from work this evening and got the February birthday cards. They are all at the beginning of the month, and usually I have a mad panic as I don't remember until I turn the calendar over on February 1st!
Meal planning is the best, isn't it Loudmouth? It makes my life so much easier, especially when I read on here a while back to plan lunches as well as dinners. Why hadn't I thought of that before? Sometimes I do have to remind myself to be flexible though :o
WM now on, mount ironmore is no more. Beds will get changed in the morning. I may go and do some light dusting, as DH is bringing pizza home for tea :A (yes, I put it on the meal plan!).

    Kazwookie sorry to hear that.

Lots more of a report done - yes MWM I'm probably in the trade you think.
Home made pizza in oven; should be interesting as I ran out of my gf flour and remembered I got some Teff flour ages ago so dug that out of the back of a drawer. Examined it for wrigglers and none appeared.......

Everything I planned to do today is done, apart from tomorrow evening meal, but I've half done it, I just need to do some pots tonight to mash and make shepherds pie topping

Well, I fell off this for a few days, had some tricky text exchanges that really upset me. Why can't folk just pick up the phone and sort things out! Ah well, let's see how far I get with the bedroom+a few more tasks...

    Level 2
    Clean the window
    Vacuum the floor

    Level 3
Dust everywhere - including the bedframe
vacuum/dust light fittings and any soft furnishings

    Extras
    S&S the kitchen and bathroom
    Empty all the bins

That last is required on the 11th Feb, it's a new pattern, I'm making it in stretch fabric instead of woven because I'm so overweight still.... I'm bonkers!

Kaz sorry to hear your news; maybe something much better is around the corner.

Rosemary7391 what are you making? I've literally just finished setting up my Janome for a second polo neck jumper in some teal coloured ponte - I love the first one so much!

Narco hope your pizza was nice and you were right re no wrigglers !

    LameWolf how are you today?

    Bossy hope present gets sorted.

Today was a bit of a write off for me. Do you remember I said I was starting a new drug last night? Wow, I slept like a baby! Only problem is I couldn't really wake up in the morning or, in fact, most of the day! I was up and about trying to do stuff but it's like only half of my brain is engaged. Just as well I was so drugged up as laptop gave up the ghost this morning so ended up having to use the other computer. Did manage to do a bit of work but this afternoon decided no, too much so have sent a note around to my bosses saying I'm taking a few days off. Hoping I'll get used to this new drug quite quickly but honestly can't concentrate on anything and so sleepy.

Speaking of which ...... time for bed! See you tomorrow.

Oh, and so I'm not in trouble, I did fly - vacuumed most of downstairs and hung up some washing.

  • Went off list this evening, we've got a plasterer round tomorrow so we emptied and sorted a wardrobe that needed moving - one bag for the charity shop and one for textile recycling so a bit of decluttering done. That's all I've done today I'm afraid!
  • Sorry Kaz, hope you are OK.

Mumof2 hope things settle down with the new drug.

Strange day here, lots of paid stuff, met up with bosses of job no. 2 in the middle of the day. I really enjoy this job but its not a permanent thing which is a shame. Gym class done tonight.

I dusted and tidied our bedroom but thats it. It does need hoovering, just tooo tired tonight. Sheets were done at the weekend so will leave those for now.
