So you only take calls through the nights and want three grand for a test drive. :rotfl:0 -

So realistically, it's probably 20 or so then.0 -
So you want somebody to part with £3k cash without even test driving it?0

I own a 530d 2004 and for the past two years that i have owned it , i have not seen much of the bmw reliability .
I bought it on 114k almost 2.5 years ago and it had been remapped ( piggy back ecu) and had some issues such as rear ball joints.
I changed ball joints then ecu went, ecu fixed now excessive smell of diesel and sound from transmission so it is a nightmare.
parking sensor gone, parasitic battery drain overnight and on and on
I need to get a big family car and prefer it to be BMW so my choices are x5 2010 around 17k or 520d around 14k for 2013.
which one would you have got ?
are x5 costly to maintain?
my wife might be doing some commuting on the car.
So you're selling this 530d?0 -

Depends whether I want to sell the car or not, and whether it's legal, but then I'd not try and sell a car that's sorned and uninsured unless it was a few hundred quid shed.
Are you receiving a lot of calls because the car is desirable? Is it special? You said 'saloon BMW' but is it an M5 or a 318i?0 -
