I was just thinking the same thing, like my mother wanted me to be called Victoria, my Dad said no way is my daughter having the initials VD! At least he thought of things like that! Best of luck with the new job Dizzymuch safer name.
Oh I need to call the school where we are moving to today, just reminded me when I reread AnW'sMum's post, see if they have space for DS2....actually wonder if we can plan completing the move near half term which is coming up isn't it. Edited, just been on the website for LEA and they go back the day our tenancy ends here, means the boys will be off when a lot of the moving gets done (I spy chaos) but might be easier for DS2 to fit in at a new school when they've been off anyway. One day I might be more organised...........

I wanted to get the keys on Saturday, I understand why he's said no but now I am a tad miffed as I am impatient!
Mmmmm i know what you mean, I am jealous though as when I bought my first house my mum picked up the keys and when we bought this house DH picked up the keys. Both times I was at work and could not get away so never had the thrill of being there when they said 'it's all yours' Both times they were brand new houses so it was the first time anyone had opened the doors on a new home
