No free codes for that model, a pro unlocking shop will be able to unlock it with cables and hardware.

I've got an old Vodafone 6020, which I'd like to use again, works fine with Vodafone SIM, and is locked.
I'm trying to unlock it to use with O2 but no luck with codes from website.
Can anyone help please?

BB5 phone I'm afraid, only your network provider, or a pro unlocker can help here, as there are no remote codes.
