You have to enter the code quite quickly
1. To show p in the phones display - just press * three times within two seconds.

2. To show w in the phones display - just press * four times within two seconds.

3. To show + in the phones display - just press * twice within two seconds.

BB5 phone I'm afraid, only your network provider, or a pro unlocker can help you here, as there are no remote codes.

Does anybody know how to unlock a Sony Ericsson K750i locked to Virgin Mobile? It was bought on a contract over 2 years ago from carphone warehouse online. Virgin say I need to go to cpw as they can't help and when I call cpw they say that this is illegal. I reiterated I want the 'unlock' code not the 'unblock' code but I still had some clown insisting this was illegal.

So much for their 'green' policy to save these things ending up as landfill!

The only way to unlock it would be to buy the software & cables which would be about £250. Take it to a pro unlocker and would be about £5/£10

Out of interest, is the unlock derived from the IMEI?
