Hi,
Could someone help me get an unlock code for a nokia 6230i with IME 355386007990710. It's an orange phone which I'm hoping to put a 3 sim into.
Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

You can't put a 3 sim in a 2g phone, even if it's unlocked.0 -

I'm seeking advice as I've been attempting to unlock my Nokia 6020 and to do so used one of the recommended sites which gave me 7 codes. I saw that it said you only get 5 goes to unlock and it said to use the codes 1 and 7 first which I took to mean the codes that begin with those numbers from the list. That took up 2 goes. Then I realised it meant the first and seventh and when neither of those worked, looked through the Q&A and realised I was meant to put in the SIM card - the old or the new one? This wasn't clear either.
So basically I've used up 4 of my goes, have one left or do they not count when I didn't have the SIM card inside?
Any advice?0 -

Can you list the codes you have tried, there are a few possible codes for the 6020 and you enter the codes without a sim in the phone, if you tell me the codes you have tried I will tell you which one to use,0 -
