No free codes as its a DCT4+ phone, not sure if Virgin will unlock it if you have put over £30 credit on it, if not then most places charge £5 for unlocking them.

There are no remote codes for your phone, as it'a a BB5 phone. The only way is to contact your network provider, or take it to a pro unlocker.
