I have the nokia 6288 on the vodafone network and the problem is I want to unlock it so I can use my o2 sim card in it.

thanks alot for you help just contacted vodafone now. Just waiting on the code will let you know when I have unlocked the phone because I wont be getting it from my mum till august.

Sorry, no remote codes for you phone as it's a DCT+4 needs a pro unlocker, or contact your network provider.

Can I make a suggestion?
I think I can not be the only one who, having decided they don't wish to read 198 pages of posts, opt to read/skim the first post, and then jump to the end of the thread. The second post is very likely to be missed. I think it might be useful to combine the information in the second post, into the first?

I have a nokia 6210 locked to orange. I have an 02 sim card, but cant get it to work, so how do i get the IEM number?
