Sorry, no remote codes for that phone, as it's a DCT-4+ need to contact your network provider, or a pro unlocker.

If you mean the 6120 classic it's a BB5 phone, please read the first page of the thread.

I put my T-Mobile SIM in the phone & turn it on. At the Enter Restriction Code prompt, I put in the code you kindly game, however it says "Code Error".

You should enter the code without a sim in. Enter it only once.
