There doesnt have to be a sim in the phone,but if its getting unlocked at a car boot I advise people to take there new sim and make sure it is unlocked after they have done it. There are a small minority who claim to unlock them but dont.

hi I am a bit stuck at the moment, I tried to unlock it myself and have 2 attempts left
the phone is a Nokia 6500 slide
the current service is with 3 and I want to change it to my existing vodaphone
imei = 352027024849090

Hi there,

Could someone help me unlock my phone. I've got a Nokia 6230i, IMEI: 359394007276631. It was originally bought on easymoble, but since they shut down now has a fresh sim card inside.
