You can join together accounts into a shared plan, but it depends entirely on all of the other contracts and what kind of deal you can get.
I pre-ordered an iPhone 6 Plus back in 2014 when they'd come out, and EE started giving away the pre-orders to customers who walked through the door, so my step-dad phoned up and complained and they cut him some money down by upping his data and putting me onto this shared plan as well. So in essence, this allowed us to have two separate numbers, but we shared the data. And when my mum's contract was up for renewal, three of us shared this plan, and then his uncle became a fourth user for a an internet dongle.
I have since broken from this contract as I'm 20 now and wanted to start fending for myself.
Contact EE and ask if they could perhaps put you on a shared plan between all of these devices0
