It's the DNS servers. Nifty is using a provider abroad and their DNS servers.
I get UK results even with a VPN for example.0 -

The labels on the underneath of the laptop have fadded and the only part number I can find is in the instruction booklet.

Or there is a model number ICL50
I have everything at hand for when you are ready for the clean install. Firmware update and install media.
Have you saved your important data elsewhere? Are there any programs that you would need to reinstall, such as Office?0
