    I'm doing it wrong ... I know I'm doing it wrong ... and I know it's sinful ...

I've just added 1 portion of sultanas to my daily tally: GOOD.

I achieved this by cooking them inside a cake weighing 250-300g + : BAD.

It was a tasty cake though .... :)

I'm about to take on the 10 a day challenge and have started drafting my menu plan, shopping list and looking at calories....phew it's daunting and I eat a lot of veg, salad as it is.

However, I reply to your post to say well done you! And I've noted 80g of sultanas are just 32 calories  I thought they'd be 100 odd.

We have creelers here and a shell fish company who does a local shop. They export mostly but the shop has some good buys. Instead of pricier langustines you can get queenies, slightly smaller ones for cheap. They also smoke produce. I really need to make a trip to them soon.

I'm back home now thankfully the train ride back was under an hour and a half. I seem to have my annual cold, can't really taste much at the moment had curly fries, onion rings and the third out of four frozen fish in sauce things they're convenient I'll give them that. Have also had an apple and a half (the other half was bruised beyond recognition following two days in my bag and some caramel flavoured chocolate.

I don't often eat pizza and when I do it's normally cheese and tomato ( I like the pizza express ones when Mr T has them on special) but when I decide to add toppings it's always chicken, red onion and pineapple.

I've tried to make my own on a few occasions but always end up with a hole in the middle of the dough.

Glad your trip back was better hope your cold doesn't linger. If you leave your pizza dough a bit thicker in the middle it's less likely to tear. Or roll between greaseproof and just slide the bottom paper and the pizza on to the tray.:) (that's what I do though they still tend to be shaped like Australia LOL:o)
