Oh dear, not doing too well on the food stakes today. All I've had all day is a handful of bran flakes with a small sliced banana and a sploosh of milk for brekkie, and about an hour ago a small cheese sandwich and a mug of vegetable soup. And I feel absolutely stuffed. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

No point in eating if you're not hungry maybe you'll fancy something later
Unfortunately this is fairly common for me; I very often go for weeks living on the bare minimum because I just can't face food. What I don't get is how I still manage to stay half a stone overweight.
I think at least a part of the problem at the moment is that there's been a lot of discussion about this new "recommendation" for 10-a-day of F&V, and I do know that if I think too much about food, I go right off the idea of eating - it's almost like I need to be distracted from the fact that I'm eating to actually do it, if that makes any sense at all.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

:j perhaps it can be the next big food trend.Glad your trip back was better hope your cold doesn't linger. If you leave your pizza dough a bit thicker in the middle it's less likely to tear. Or roll between greaseproof and just slide the bottom paper and the pizza on to the tray.:) (that's what I do though they still tend to be shaped like Australia LOL:o)
Cheers, I'd take Australia shaped as long as the sauce and toppings have something to stay on.
I'm fancying a jacket potato with beans and cheese, now I have a potato, half a tin of beans from Wednesday and plenty of cheese. The problem is I don't have a bog standard cheese so any suggestions as to whether sage Derby, Wensleydale with cranberries or very ripe brie would work best?0 -
I hope so - Mr LW gets on my case something rotten when I don't eat.

That's a great place, I want a new kitchen from them! The fish place is at the bottom of the hill. They do a bargain wine basket too btw..
I guessed you were in my vicinity, I'm in killie. Arran is lovely just now with a snowy Goat Fell
Looks like we're all much of a similar age around these parts, I'm 51 in April. Though often feel much older creaky body wise and much younger mentally!
