well i wish i had hung on and fought like all of you but i guess i was in a panic when i got told i would have to pay ( bet thats what they bank on) and i didn't get a response to my post for a while as i didn't realise people were talking about it in the littlewoods codes forum. So i ended up paying:mad: shame but when i complained the lady put her foot down and really wasn't going to budge and just kept saying I MUST PAY. I got quite mad on the phone which didn't help we were going round in circles and i ran out of things to say so told her to close my account and what a rubbish company they are. luckly for me i was in credit with them over a mistake return so i only had to pay £20 i thought it wasn't worth the hasle at the time but i am now annoyed i paid. I wonder how much money they recouped from this? The account is closed but still keep getting the catalogs and junk mail i will never shop with them again.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0

I just emailed them as I got a statement this morning. The really annoying thing is that it says my account is in arrears due to this charge! Grrr.
I was a new customer and used a new customer code. I didn't break any of the terms of it. You know I think it would have been so much better if they put a letter of explanation in the statement but to just bill me... argh!
I don't even think I have my past statements as I don't keep them once they're paid.:money:0 -
i just rang littlewoods about the voucher being cancelled the lady on the phone apologised and said i was not entitled to it she then went on to ask me if the product had been used i explained it hadn't so they are now sending a courier to collect it tomorrow:mad: .0

Try this e-mail address mark.newton-jones@littlewoods.co.uk
He's the chief executive, I'm not 100% sure the address is correct but I haven't had a bounce back.0 -
Don't give in - I had my £25.00 voucher cancelled (from back in July) and they said my account was now in arrears. After one polite phone call I had it cancelled and the £25.00 has been re-credited to my account. It is possible to get this sorted out.0

when using a card dont they take the full amount and then REFUND you the £25, surely if u give them the money and they refund you the voucher value that will be seen as them accepting you can use it, if not they wouldnt refund you the vouchers value in the first place!0 -
received statement today and rang call centre, who where very pleasant and looking into this. Just had a call from finance asking for a payment. Statement only came today and says pay by 15th Oct. Just told lady on phone to stop harrassing me. She said all cancelled voucher cases have been passed to them for them to chase!
Just sent strongly worded email to Littlewoods0 -
I also recieved a statement, even though I am not a credit customer. Anyway I confirmed with Consumer Direct (Citizens Advice) that they can not do this as the contact was made and accepted, regardless of any mistake or misuse of voucher, it was up to littlewoods to reject the order before sending it out to the buyer. I was told to write a letter stating this fact to:

Remember to send by recorded post. Good Luck people, dont let them get away with it0 -
i also received a statement today saying £25 voucher cancelled and i am not a credit customer, paid by card and they debited the full amount then refunded £25 a few days later. Their problem as far as i am concerned....they won't be getting anything out of me, unless they want the kettle i bought and used 2 months ago!!!!0

If everybody they are trying to con out of £25 refused to pay, they can't sue everybody. And I am confident they can't win anyway.
Tell it to the 'kin judge, littlewoods!0
