Just a brief update; the final decision to this issue isn't concrete yet and because these things take time to iron out, Littlewoods has said it'll give Martin full information by the end of the week.

For now please sit tight, and if anything is heard before Friday we'll be sure to let you know.

hi can i ask i have just used a code for great universal £30 off the order do you think i will be charged this in next few months as i wouldn't have bought the tracksuit without the 30 off..

should i return it before this happens......

I used some code on GUS to buy a phone (one of them was £30 off) and I have had no come back from them as of yet. At the end of the day if you have received the item and can show the code being validated on your account (and stay validated once the goods were dispatched), then you are in the clear if they try and claim it back. It really depends on whether you can be bothered with the fight if they do this. No court in the land would favour LW/GUS and should it come to that, you would win.

Like I said, depends on what you are most comfortable with.

Thanks for the intervention Martin, Littlewoods have finally seen some common sense.

It should never have come to this thoughand I for one as a customer for 15 years will be putting no more business thier way - I know we were not entitled but littlewoods approach to this had been abysmal.
