First off, thanks for the support above guys - much appreciated.

Now then. Hilary1, I really do not appreciate you attempting to slander my character like this. Everything I have said and posted in the various threads on HUKD and MSE has been backed up by both Derbyshire TS and the DMA. Everything that you have posted has been proven to be utter rubbish and encourages people pay up like good little consumers because LW simply have to be in the right. Wait, you're not married to that idiot Auty are you?! Or maybe you are Auty and Hilary is the name you use at night...?

Anyway, if you are still going to insist that LW are in the right on this, please post the relevant sections of UK Law that back your claims up. Similarly, if you are going to be confrontational towards me and cast aspersions on my character and motives, make sure you have actually read the thread you are spouting your rubbish on.

I got a statement today stating that I owe Littlewoods £37.00 (£12 late admin fee). This is the very first contact Littlewoods have made with me! Ive been following the forum for a while now and was expecting a letter to be honest. Im 17, still not the legal age for them to occur me with charges. I paid for the item using my debit card.

Should I just pay the £37 and get it over and done with?

No - you don't need to pay. Suggest you look on www.geteven.biz/index.php click on the link "are Littlewoods being fair" then on "spoke to directors at Littlewoods" - all is revealed

That will sort your £12 admin fee but the £25 will remain and is now the subject of some pretty strong action from certain quarters

Martin's been looking into this issue and after speaking directly to Littlewoods today, a solution seems to have been achieved to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately we can't post the full details yet but as soon as everything's finalised we'll let you know, so in the meantime please don't worry, you can breath easier now.

yep that was me that spoke to them today.the £12 admin fee should be no more now. And by the sounds of things we may have even better news soon from Martin
